We Believe THE BIBLE IS THE WORD OF GOD And Is The Basis For Our Way Of Living. We Read The Bible Daily And Seek To Live Out It's Principles. (2 Timothy 3:16, 1 Thessalonians 2:13)
We Believe JESUS CHRIST IS THE SON OF GOD. Jesus Is The Second Person Of The Trinity, Lived A Sinless Life, Gave His Life For Us On The Cross To Provide Salvation And Rose From The Dead. (John 14:6, Acts 4:11-12)
We Believe ALL MUST BE BORN AGAIN. We Are All A Fallen Race Of Sinners Who Must Repent, Ask Forgiveness And Put Our Faith In Jesus Christ For Salvation. In Doing So, We Are Forgiven And Made New. (Romans 3:23, 2 Corinthians 5:17)
We Believe ALL BELIEVERS CAN BE FILLED WITH THE HOLY SPIRIT. We Need God's Power Within Us To Live The Christian Life. We Can Be Filled With The Holy Spirit Simply By Asking God. (Acts 1:8, Galatians 5:22-23, Luke 11:13)
SANCTITY OF LIFE
We believe that all human life is sacred and created by God in His image. Human life is of inestimable worth in all its dimensions, including pre-born babies, children who are orphaned, those who experience physical or mental challenges, and every other stage or condition from conception through natural death. We are therefore called to defend, protect, and value all human life. (Psalm 139)
MARRIAGE, SEXUALITY, AND GENDER
We believe in the historically Christian view of marriage and sexual expression; namely, that marriage is a one-flesh covenant union between two sexually different persons (male and female) from different families, and that all sexual relationships outside the marriage covenant are sin.
God has given his people two best ways to enjoy connection in family: celibate singleness for the sake of kingdom work with undivided attention, or lifelong marriage between one woman and one man.
Biological sex is an essential part of human identity.
All forms of abuse, slander, dehumanization, or oppression toward fellow humans is an affront against God’s sacred image, which has been stamped upon all people. (Genesis 2:18-25, 1 Corinthians 6:18, 1 Corinthians 7:2-5, Hebrews 13:4, Genesis 1:26-27, Romans 1:26-27, Matthew 19:3-5)

Church Governmental Structure and Affiliation
Knollwood Church is a Pastor-Led Church
The pastoral team and staff are led by the Lead Pastor and oversee the day-to-day ministries and vision of the church.
Knollwood Church is Protected by Elders
The official Board provides counsel and wisdom to the Lead Pastor regarding major financial decisions and the overall health of the church. The Lead Pastor, along with the Board, provide layers of accountability to our business administration team.
Knollwood Church is Affiliated with the Assemblies of God and the Alabama District
Water Baptisms
